If your tubing arrives damaged, you are elliglible for a refund.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your arrives (based on postage tracking), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Damaged Tubes

If your tubing arrives damaged, please send a photo to contactus@glasstubesaus.com.

The photo should show the tubes inside the box with the original packaging. We will send a refund to cover the cost of the damaged tubes. For example, if half your tubing is damaged, you will receive a 50% refund. The tubes are tough, so even if the package is damaged in transit, it is unlikely all the tubes will be broken.

Please note, the tubes will be taped together and wrapped in bubble wrap. You may remove the bubble wrap to inspect the tubes. However, once you remove the tape holding the tubes together, we will assume you have used the tubes and you will no longer be eligible for a refund. Please contact us at contactus@glasstubes.com if you have any questions regarding this policy.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your refund application is received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Refunds on sale items will match the sale price.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Unfortunately, if you change your mind about an order, we cannot offer an exchange or refund.
